ONE HOUR ON THE RIVER THE CRUISE EXPERIENCE

This cruise is operated by Cruceros Torre del Oro, one of Seville’s established sightseeing boat operators. The route lasts around one hour and departs from the jetty beside the Torre del Oro.

The boats have two decks, allowing you to enjoy open views of both banks of the Guadalquivir while a multilingual audio guide explains the monuments, bridges and historic areas visible during the journey.

Good to know: this experience is especially useful as a relaxed complement to a day of sightseeing. It does not replace a visit to the main monuments, but it gives you a very different perspective on how Seville developed around the Guadalquivir.

SEVILLE FROM THE WATER WHAT YOU CAN SEE

Along the route you can see the Torre del Oro, Triana, the Puente de Triana, the riverfront around the Real Maestranza, the pavilions associated with the 1929 Ibero-American Exposition and the architecture of Expo ’92.

The route also gives you a different perspective on Cartuja and the historic river docks linked to Seville’s maritime past.
