THE RED ROUTE WHERE THE BUS TAKES YOU

The route connects many of Seville’s best-known areas, making the bus particularly useful when you want to combine monuments and neighbourhoods that are spread across the city.

Numbered stops include Paseo de Colón, directly beside the Torre del Oro and Real Maestranza, Plaza de España, Plaza de América, Triana, Expo ’92 / Cartuja, Isla Mágica, Macarena, Torre de los Perdigones and Plaza de Armas.

Useful starting point: Stop 1 is on Paseo de Colón, in front of the Real Maestranza and very close to the Torre del Oro. You do not, however, have to begin there — you can join at any active stop.

Route changes: temporary closures or diversions can affect individual stops. At the time of this update, GetYourGuide lists some central stops as temporarily closed, so check the current route before setting out.

MORE THAN THE BUS WALKING TOURS & EXTRAS

The standard 24-hour ticket currently includes two one-hour guided walks: Plaza de España, departing from Stop 2, and Santa Cruz, departing from Stop 1. The guided tours are offered in Spanish and English.

Current 48-hour options add further experiences such as walks through Triana and Imperial Seville, while some ticket categories also include additional attractions. Exact inclusions vary by the option selected during booking.

MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR TICKET PRACTICAL TIPS

If this is your first day in Seville, completing most of the circuit before getting off can help you understand the scale and layout of the city. You can then use the same ticket to return to the areas that interest you most.

The open upper deck gives the best panoramic views, but in the hottest part of summer the lower deck can be much more comfortable. During busy periods, allow some flexibility because traffic can affect both frequency and journey times.

Is the Seville Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Worth It?

It is especially useful for first-time visitors, families, people who want to limit walking and anyone trying to connect areas such as Plaza de España, Triana, Macarena and Cartuja in a limited amount of time.

If you are staying mainly around the Cathedral, Alcázar and Santa Cruz, walking will often be faster. The bus becomes more useful when your plans extend beyond the compact historic centre.
